Ben Secundy has spent every summer in Highland Beach.

Today, Mr. Secundy is the town's Vice-Mayor as well as a docent at the Frederick Douglass Museum and Cultural Center
.
He was recently interviewed by the Four Rivers Heritage Area about the history of Highland Beach and the FDMCC.
